Join the Community Leadership Council

Help shape opportunities, services, and future initiatives for children and families across Hackney.

Why the Council Exists

At Children With Voices, we believe communities should help shape the services designed for them.

The Community Leadership Council ensures that the voices of Hackney residents—especially those with lived experience—directly influence our programmes, priorities, and future direction.

Real Influence, Not Observation

This isn’t a consultation panel. Council members actively shape decisions, set priorities, and co-design initiatives alongside our team.

Your Voice Matters

We’re looking for people who understand Hackney because they live it every day. Your experience, perspective, and ideas are exactly what we need.
